Our Delivery Partner helps us serving 13000+ pin codes through its courier partners and are extending our services with every passing day.
Processing Your Order
We strive to ship your order as soon as we can. Approximately, it takes us about 7-10 business days to ship goods from our warehouses across India. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. In case this happens, we will keep you informed by email.
Delivery Methods, Time and Cost
An order at NASSH will be dispatched in between 7-10 business days after the receipt of your order.
For all orders of value of INR 10,000 and above, qualifies for free shipping.
For orders below the value of INR 10,000, a shipment fee will be added on the final Invoice amount.
All domestic orders are delivered within 7-10 business days
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 48-72 hours

For express deliveries, please contact our representative via call, email, WhatsApp and they will advise you on the additional charges based on your geographical location.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

All international orders are delivered within 15-20 business days for ready to wear and between 25-30 business days for celebration wear items
For international orders, a fee is charged depending on the currency chosen for ready to wear items depending on the order weight & location.
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order.
The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery
MODES OF PAYMENT:
For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), as well as payments, vide PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).
Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy. The products can be returned/exchanged given that they are in perfect condition.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
The products can be exchanged within a week’s time with an intimation to the customer service team regarding the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Apart from conditions, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange: any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product or is returned without the original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address if the pin code is out of pick-up location.
We do not provide returns/exchanges on customized products.
We provide no refunds on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions. However, should the issue remain unresolved, the store will offer you a credit note to use against a future purchase.
Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect or is different from its description.
